The big ones are part of a PNG set that I stumbled across. The rest is a lot of playing around with layering, as well as the burn tool. A lot of abuse of the burn tool. :3 As for the water/air around Key and Jonghyun, it’s kind of hard to explain. They’re basically wisps that you shape, then layer using soft light/overlay/color burn/hard light. A lot of it was also me abusing the dodge tool. XD
